I like it!! I really really like the different instrumental production. Although I think the best parts were chosen for the shorter version the 'new' lyrics feel a little strange at the moment.

Just like with the Fearless album for me most of the songs are good and the changes don't bother me much and for many I think the production sounds more high quality as a re-recoding.
Except We Are Never Getting Back Together I don't think I can replace the original it's not as good and her voice doesn't suit it. And the 'weee' sounds too wrong.

Yeah I got that vibe too tbh, her voice is too matured for a song like that, where it's supposed to be/was a bratty teen singing about a boy... but that was never a song I listen to unless getting drunk, I don't have it on any of my fav playlists... But I'll swap them out on my getting drunk playlists nevertheless so that it devalues the masters as can't imagine I'll care when I'm drunk anyway. But aside from 22 & We are never getting back together, I think her matured voice works better with all of the songs.

but yeah loving the other songs from the vault, I think my fav is The Very First Night.. Though it kinda changes every time I listen to it, but it's that for this hour lol.
Though if we can talk about.. for a moment how every song was pretty much perfectly crafted to be an exact copy of stolen version and then she threw in Girl at Home in a bender without a lid and gave it to us like that.. like wtf? lmao no part of it is the same apart from the lyrics

I had a listen to it this morning and I was a bit iffy on the new production, I’d really love to hear a version similar to her Grammy performance of it from years ago. Still strange hearing the new lyrics but wow “you kept me like a secret, I kept you like an oath” got me
