Well I didn't run anywhere really, indeed I am working in Britain this summer with a job lined up.

Not sure what this obsession is with me working/living abroad whilst young and mobile is.

And yet you had no issue with European Commissioners actually making law and being unelected.
Well what is the difference between me leaving India for UK? You seemed to jump on that so why is it different to you leaving UK for a third world country?

"Widespread public consent and approval" ... A total of 26% of people surveyed said the monarchy was “quite important” in 2021.

On eve of king’s coronation, survey shows only three in 10 Britons think monarchy is ‘very important’

British public support for monarchy at historic low, poll reveals

Well the difference is that I don't move to Spain and rip the country and its institutions. I have no axe to grind with Spain.

Check polling for republican support and it is broadly the same as it was going back decades, between 18% and 25%.

This is an institution that enjoys support of 70%+ of the public. Immensely popular compared to other public institutions.

Quoting polling data with no evidence, typical.

Considering I have lived in this country for the majority of my life and I pay considerable amount of tax, create jobs and that there is freedom of speech, I can criticise the Royal Family as much as I want.

The monarchy support % is also often under represented in polling as we saw in the Australian polling prior to the 1999 republic referendum, where polling consistently suggested a republic was inevitable but which the monarchy won by a decent margin. That's why Australian republicans are so frit about asking the question again, because their polling position is worse now than it was in the early and mid 1990s when they were slaughtered despite having the odds stacked in their favour.

It's also the reason why republican politicians in other Commonwealth realms constantly threaten a republic, but then shy away from it because many realm constitutions require referendums on the topic and the polling is far from certain that they'll win, especially when a specific republican model is proposed which splits the republican camp.

Right but you now know the difference between you and I, in that I don't move to another country and then proceed to **** it off sundry.

And I really couldn't care how much tax you pay, nationality isn't a stock market commodity to be bought and sold.

I am not wasting my time reading wikipedia, send a link to a reputable recent[B] polling if you want to be credible.

No, moving shows how little you think of the UK, actions speak louder than words.

And actually, you can buy British citizenship with money via investory visa, so you are wrong ONCE AGAIN.... well wrong most (if not all) of the time.

Your response will not be read as you cannot find a credible source to backup the crap you talk about. I am not wasting my time replying to you. Goodbye.

You can't follow an argument so now you're flouncing off as usual! Go drone about how much money you pay in tax to someone who cares sweetie.
