No, it is proving a point that the British public are gullible. I am using an example, just like you do in many of your posts.

I think our politicians are the gullible ones actually, signing up an to organisation paying billions into it more than most other members to pay for new sewers in eastern Europe while our own public services are strained and falling apart. That's the very definition of gullible and the public put an end to it.

I feel like i have been livinv under a rock!

I think the death sentance should be brought back but only used when it' a confirmed and proved crime. Ideally it should be in a way thats not as brutal as the tudor times. I think the recent escaping from a prison makes me think this should come into force more especially when things are starting to fracture and crummble. We need stability and if scare tactics work im game.

History has proven that innocent people are and will continue to be imprisoned and executed.

If there were the ability to have any say over bringing capital punishment back, then surely there would be options for a preferential alternative of not allowing life prisoners to go free.

Saying that though, if the power were in my hands I'd also change how our prisons run and make going to prison a scarier deterrent than death.

If this itself isn't a good enough reason why dealth penalty should not exist, then I do not know what is.
