Yum, broccoli and lettuce are what I've been loving lately.
I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes but the way you prepare them sounds delicious!

I've definitely been on a bell pepper kick. I don't normally eat them plain, but I've been adding them into a lot of my meals like pastas, sandwiches and things like that

Tell you guys what's an absolute game changer: baby cucumbers. They're basically all flesh so you can slice one into a salad for your lunch and it won't make things soggy like the centre of a regular cucumber can, and because they're tiddly you can use one per salad without leaving any open ends, whereas big cucumbers you use some and then the sliced end goes manky in a couple of days. For like 11p more they are far superior, big recommendation

You need to try Cucamelons. Dunno if you can buy them anywhere cos I've only ever grown them, but seriously mini cucumbers that look like lil watermelons are amazing in salads.
