so i need:
Banner,DJ SAYS BOX, Nav Bar [possibly on left], Content Box,RADIO PLAYER BOX,Users online and hits, Poll box, Links box, Radio stats box and most importantly disclaimer.
if you do wish to make one for me for free for my site basement fm coming soon please leave a reply and i will put a link to link it back to your site aswell. Ow also could it be fully coded! This is my first proper site so please help!

I Really think the people that do not know php and want people to create scripts for them, i think they should learn php themselves and give us a Break
or even have a look through stuff like www.phpfreaks.com and look in the scripts and download one.

Ok, So you need a layout and it fully coded. So your basically asking someone for an hour. Dude i have a tip ask someone to do layout, then ask them to code it.
