I Really think the people that do not know php and want people to create scripts for them, i think they should learn php themselves and give us a Break
or even have a look through stuff like www.phpfreaks.com and look in the scripts and download one.

Ok, So you need a layout and it fully coded. So your basically asking someone for an hour. Dude i have a tip ask someone to do layout, then ask them to code it.
