Trading in Help Centres

I was going round some help centres and I noticed something wierd. In some Help Centres you can trade and in others you cant. Does anyone know why? Or is it just my computer?

Yeh, i remember when my old Retro Help was on it and people just used it as a trade room lols.

As I know, it's not true ;) The point is that Positive Help basically on the trading section, and the H.H based at the help centeres section. So the popular list have nothing to do with this :rolleyes:
