I was going round some help centres and I noticed something wierd. In some Help Centres you can trade and in others you cant. Does anyone know why? Or is it just my computer?

As I know, it's not true
The point is that Positive Help basically on the trading section, and the H.H based at the help centeres section. So the popular list have nothing to do with this :rolleyes:

You can trade anywhere .. of course with a little data replacing help
