Hello, i have currentley gained a good amount off body fat, Example, Me Orignally: [] , Me Now: [_], anyone got any ideas to get rid off it?

Exercise small amounts a day and try to cut out some junk food, eat healthy.

Exactly what Lycan said. Make sure you excercise regularly, have a healthy diet, eat only at meal times + dont snack inbetween. If you need to snack eat nuts or fruit thats the healthiest option.

As they Said, The way to do it is to stick loyal to it and not do it for a day and give up.. , it takes a while :)

Yeah, it has been said. At least 30-45 minutes exercise a day and a healthy diet. I never ever used to be bothered to exercise everyday, but now I do. Playing music during my exercises really helps me to carry on doing it regularly (plus I get to learn the lyrics wayhay).

The best way to lose body fat is regular exersise on low resistance equipment, or sports.

To lose body fat many personal trainers reccomend joining a gym and 'sprinting' on equipment under low weight resistance (cycling machine on level 1 etc..) for a long bursts of time, this could mean having a high paced job on a treadmill for 10 minutes.

To build muscle you should use heavier equipment/resistance for shorter time or less reps.This allows the muslces to continually develop to higher intensity training.

If you cant be bothered to do that just start small, like doing a few sit ups or push ups before you go to bed. Then once you start getting use to that take it one step further and start going out for jogs etc.

Also never eat late at night and try eating 5 a day for a while and lots of water.

thats absically it. spot on

make sure your getting all your fruit

another important factor is making sure you have a decent breakfast!!! Its proven to help keep slim as it gets your metabolism working early on in the day all teh way through until you go to sleep.

Urgh, you don't need fruit, excersize or anything! Just peanuts!

Or, do what I do. Don't eat fruit or veg, drink only Coca Cola, yet still loose weight? Ditch crisps for peanuts, spend one day a week cycling (evern if it's just to school and back everyday) and eat breakfast, it'll make you less hungry later!

Press ups and sit ups aren't generally good for losing fat there better for building muscle.

Yes exactly, its easier to turn fat into muscle than loose the fat completely. Although muscle is heavier than fat.

Im like that, I was ][ Really thin, now me [___] Im big, its depressing, Im not very good at sports because of my weight, Ive got a punch bad in my garage that usually helps if your not the running type aka me.

Eat Fibers Like Brown Bread Insted of white that will give u engergy slowly insted of sugar whitch give u a short burst of engery

Well am eating nuts from now, almonds and salted peanuts at the moment :), Anyone got any other peanuts or nuts I should eat, I hate fruit accept bananas somtimes, I can't be bothered excersing, i love my internet :), and I hate water, and whats 5day? and should i eat, Breakfast,Dinner,Tea? Is fresh juice any good? Mango,Pinapple,Apple,Orange etc, and what about like ribena + vimto and like orange cordial?

Yer, just what I was thinking. Plus, try not to eat inbetween dinner and tea.
Also, dry fruits like dried apricots and raisins/sultanas are good for after dinner snacks.

Dude just eat nuts if you wanna put weight on :O check the nutritional values on the back of the packet.

5 a day is eating 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Yeah breakfast lunch and dinner maybe with small snacks in between. Dont cut out fat foods all together as its part of the 7 different balanced diet options.

Lets get one thing straight, no matter how healthily you eat if you dont burn off energy with excersise you wont loose weight. Too stay fit and healthy you have to eat healthily and excersise daily. Not one or the other, both!

Nuts are very high in fat and calories.

That's true ^

Also, eating grapefruits burns the fat, but you can't just eat one and think "yep, fat is burning now", you must have atleast one everyday.
