OK, whats the best sport or exercise you can do to end up with huge muscles.

Cos i swim like 10hrs a week n it dunt seem 2 be makin me any stronger lolz

buy some simple waits to start off with i do sit ups press ups nd things like that every nite i skip (due to boxin) and do lots of excercisin etc to do with my boxing but if your startin off just buy some cheap weights do sit ups press ups and even chin up bars there very good hope this helps :)

Well, when I go to the gym I often see some pretty big guys with huge muscles and what they do is start on a light set of dumbells, and do about 15 bicep curls. Then they go up onto a heavier set and do about 12 bicep curl reps. Then they get heavier and do a lower amount of bicep curl reps.
I do this routine with most workout routines including the chest muscles and back muscles, as well as the triceps.

Take steroids? lol Joking dont ever do that. Where abouts do you want these muscles would help us to give you advice.

Depends what age you are "/ your muscles will officially start to grow around 16-17 years old, this is the time when its more appropriate for you to start weight lifting.
Keep at your swimming tho, its very good in keep you fit and it pretty much works on most muscles in your body. I think its defines/cuts where your muscles are but doens't really have a major effect on building them up.

I use my dumbells, varying what weight I want, I can just add or take-away weights by simply slipping them off. They come in a pair and are about £30. There a start, they'll help increase your muscles ( Triceps & Biceps ) and you'll notice the difference after using them for about 1-2 months.

If your really looking to see how to build your muscles, go down to your local gym and ask for some advice before doing anything derastic :)

Buy some dumbells and do some weight excersies, or go to the gym and use some of the equipment they have

Do reps and loads of pushups For a mounth... Job done

To get a six pack tence your stomache and tap ur stomach with ur fist getting harder and harder It works then u can get some 1 to dig u in the stomach and it doesnt hurt :D

Sit ups and press ups are good. You can buy protein powder in fitness shops. You take it in a class of water 30minutes before you execsise it works alot.

Dont skip every night. Skip somenights have running etc on other nights works a bunch.

girls don't go for huge muscles, but if you want them, weightlift. swimming will just burn off fat, and will develop muscles much more slowly than lifting weights.

You shouldn't lift weights until around 17-18 as your body hasn't developed as "maturely". If you weight-lift before the expected age, you can shorten your height. What I do is press-ups, sit-ups, jogging around my town and simple weight-lifting (not too much).

Get into a routine and you'll be "muscular" in no-time!

I wouldn't reccomend steroids, if you don't know what your doing you can cause serious harm to your body. With steriods, if you don't exercise and burn off fat you'll put weight on double the amount of time it usually would do. And especially out a teenager, it will have all effects on your body, think about how puberty effects some people let alone drumming down some steroids :rolleyes:

ask my math/social studies teacher. shes participating in a body building contest this weekend "/

we were talking about it in math today [so we missed that lesson] and she said that she bikes/cycling/whatever alot [she went all around the perimeter of nova scotia[the province where i live]] and um all around paris when she went last month, and she was saying like eat healthy and get rid of fattening things. she also runs alot too so that may help. and lift weights.

Just try doing some about 20-30 situps everyday for a six/ (eight if you stick with it long enough) if thats what you want...
If you just want 'muscular' arms try tricep dips and pushups, and then if those dont work out try a weight set. If nothing seems to work after a month or two you're probably not old enough for anything to get really big...

but the swimming, thats good it excercises basically your whole body. Stick with that even if nothing else works, heck, even if they do stick with it.

Swimming with decrease musle span because there is less gravity, Runing builds of stama with decreases your musle. If you want you can pm me about any thing you need I'm training for Canada/Football
Pushing vechiles once a week and weight training once a week.
I can tell you why not to train more then 2 times a week. Your musles work as a tear and heal so it tears and gets bigger but if you tear and tear and tear and heal guess what it wont get any bigger maybe smaller.
I'm a small dude but I can take full grown men. My dad was a power lifter
he is around 250 pounds I can lift him run with him on my back he jumped on me when we were playing football and I was still runing.
I'm 5'7 and 160 pounds all musle. Also you need a daily supply of protein which can be bought in any phrama care buildings.Shoppers drug mart
super value etc.. The best protien shake would be whey low in fat alot of protein. Read the ingrediants before buying it since alot of them have fats in it which isnt good. This shake should be drank 2-3 times a day.
Ps: it will be nasty aty the start but it will taste good after awhile when you get used to no sugars :) also you can buy differnt flavors.
Do not purchase the chocolate one it tastes horrible.
Banana tastes good and banana and straw berry.

lmao you sound very uneducated I've been weight lifting for along time.
I'm 14 You need a spotter and your all good I squat 250 pounds
20 reps easy. you have to be stuiped to think gaining musle on your legs arms etc with cause your bones to stop growing. Think about this lmao
Jogging will cause you to decrease musle span from stama you can look that up as well so be dont ahve a debate I know I'm right :) sit-ups press ups with no weight is for girls. Tighting those ambs :) There are men exercises you know they are harder and work better.

Your never to young to gain musle lol When your in your mothers woan your musle gaining. There just working on there stama to much.

It's called a warm up then they push them selfs to go as heavy as they can and when there musles are pumped it is the best time to work at it but if you use to much wieght you will pop a musle literly and it will hurt so much you will take alot of asprin. So they start to go lighter and lighter until there arms feel like a rock or a block of wood. I hate that feeling In the legs or arms it kills.
