Stick to a healthy diet, limit yourself to only a small ammount snacks/fatty foods. Eat lots of protein and calcium if you want to develop your muscles. and don't snack imbetween meals.

Your 11 stong and your 13? you must be pretty small if you think your fat cause im 15 and 5ft 11 and im 12 stone alot is muscle < Which weighs more than Fat.
I would do a warm up for 5 mins then Jog around at football pich giving it 25% then move the goal posts < Not litterly (Don't forget to do a warm up and a cool down cause when you don't the muscles produce a biproduct called Latic acid which is a gas and contracts your muscles It can hurt in the morning)

Football,cycling,swimming etc:)
You should speak to a professional dietician (speak to your family doctor, they'll be able to help you get some information) especially at your age. You really shouldn't be dieting as young as 13 without professional support.

Just eat a good diet and dont snack inbetween meals, Try to do some exercise everyday, Swimmings good because it uses a lot of your body
Its simple, dont bother getting complicated with it all!
- 3 Meals a day.
- Try and make them healthy
- Dont eat too much
- Excercise (Run/Football/Other Sport)

Get off the computer and go for a run!
You could try dieting, or exercising more.
11 stone and 5ft 2 is bad, you really need to look find a good diet and exercise plan for yourself.

Whatever you do, don't starve yourself. It really doesn't work, and can actually somehow make you heavier.

If I was you mate, i'd have a think about this.
Ask yourself..
Why you want to lose weight.
How much you want to lose.
How you can lose a healthy amount of weight over a period of time.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of losing weight (There are loads!)
My advice for you would be to be to write down what you eat in one average day and then find the nutritional infomation from the food that you've just had (Kcals, fat, carbs, sugar etc) and then try to cut all rubbish out of your diet by crossing things off that you don't particularly need or replacing them with healthier alternetives (Eg getting rid of a choclate bar and replacing it with an apple)
Becoming more active would be a big help too, play football instead of going on the computer or give it that extra bit of effort at PE.

Look, your 13 and feel your fat, you obviously need to do something and loosing the weight from your arms without doing dumbells is just being pure lazy "/ If your going to loose weight you need to makesure you have the determination to do so, if not you'll begin your diet and exercise for 1 week and fail to do so the week after.
Your going to make some durastic changes in which will make your body pressurised and thats why many people give up after a week or so. So no, there isn't any alternatives but to exercise more and eat healthy foods, thats all you need to do. So yes, your going to need to do some straineous exercises to fight the fat, no being lazy.
Also, your 13, still havn't reached an age of where its safe to lift a single weight so no going crazy with weights, shouldn't really do any dumbells because they can affect your growth. Eat healthy thats all.
run everyday like i do
but ive never been 11 stone
You should only run to start of with, as if you were to do situps you'd always be counting...Phycologically running feels better

Swimming is a great workout, it tones up all of your body and the water supports your body making it one of the safest exercises around. Cycling is good for toning up your legs, so go for a bike ride. You should also take a look at your diet, and cut back on snacks. If you feel like nibbling - chew gum. When I want to lose a bit of weight I eat a bowl of fruit and low fat yogurt for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and a smaller portion of whatever for tea. You don't need to starve yourself, just cut your portions down.

I agree, swimming deffinatly helps, i swam for 5 years, and even though im not doing lessons, im just doing public, i havnt swam for like a mont now, and my legs are still all toned and strong. Make yourself feel good, buy a smaller pair of jeans and hang them up, make it your goal to fit into them, and give yourself a target. Excercise doesnt have to be painful, you can run around playing hit or something (Lol!) go for a nice bikeride, chase after a pet in a feild or something, eat yoghurt aswell, its full of vitemens, and calcium and it doesnt taste bad either.

Go on a running machine, bike machine, cross trainer and rowing machine - will help you lose weight.
Then move ojnto weights if you want to build up muscle
Erm i was in a similar situation to you last summer. Well last easter i totally lost the plot and all i did was eat and i never went out and i had always been quite a chubby kid, but i was like 10 stone in easter 2005 and i knew i needed to do something about it. I didn't really have many friends back then so i just went out on my bike sometimes in the evening down the canal for a bit - but i didn't go mad with exercise. Also i was eating salads and stuff but i barely lost any weight. Then i started to hang out down a skate park type place, not doing much just getting out with some mates and that made me pre-occupied so i wasn't staying in getting bored and eating and from not eating that often and just going out and hanging out i lost like over a stone. Although it can backfire because i started to go a bit anorexic and i would only eat at like 11pm at night for a couple of weeks. Now i've put on a bit of weight again, infact now i weigh around 9.5-10 stone again, but now i'm much taller and i've got more muscle on me. I look more like a fit football player tham mr blobby now :P Anywayz less of my life story gl xx
Swimming and Jogging are probably the best two sports you can take part in, in order to lose weight... Both work the whole of your body.
But another important thing is the eating sensibly; 3 Meals a day, not exceeding the GDAs. If you are going to snack, make that snack something healthy.
Markness.
