Find out whats wrong with your diet, and see what you can add, or take away.

Go to the gym, do a bit of weights, go on some machines, see what you feel confortable with.

Maybe go for a 5 minute jog around the park in the mornings?

You wouldnt step into a ring until atleast 5months , and its your choice if you wana spar. Plus you only hit hard in fights. All you'l do at boxing is running and keeping fit basicly

Habbo can amuse you for 72 hours straight? If it means getting out more tell your parents to turn off the connection at certain times (if they're not using it) therefore forcing you to do other stuff.

This should help, tells you what exercise burns most calories, and works out how long you do it for and how many calories its burned.
Afterall, more calories you intake = the more weight youll put on. Less wait - more active and fit.

Why do you care about being fit anyway? Do people bully you about it or something? I don't care what people say. "I like to eat, is that such a crime?"

Come off your computer and go down to your local gym and see what sessions they have on and maybe join one?
