Can Someone help to lose abit off weight, I am 11stones and 6lb at the age of 14, I have alot off body fat on my belly + Thieghs + Legs, can anyone help me to get rid off it, I have been drinking a good amount off water for the last 2-3days, Anyone got any tips, And should I weightlift?

Try not to get into weightlifting.

Foir the stomche I would recommend about 50 sit ups when you wake up and when you go to bed.
For the legs I would recommend a good long walk or jog around a local park.

And don't worry. You're not fat. I'm 13 stone and i'm 14 :)

Am going to drink lots off Minreal water, Thats the only main water I drink really, and i'll take walks + jogs, and sits ups, i'll do abit off weights :), What should I eat, any healthy things?

Try to stick to 3 meals a day, without snacking inbetween, i think :P

I have a bit of fat on my body. I'm actually mostly muscle.

As I said before.

Get a couple of Sit ups in everyday.

Hmm try this, this is what I do normally [change foods often though or you'll get bored lol]

Morning
Glass of orange juice
1 grapefruit

Breaktime
Cereal bar
Water

Lunchtime
Pasta with vegetables
Banana,orange,satsuma and pear.
Water

Snack at home
Keep a bowl of grapes with you, it will stop you snacking on chocolates and stuffs.

Dinner
Fresh mash potato with vegetables

And then after school go jogging for 30mins,bike riding for 35mins and then kick a football around in your garden.
Also try changing: [Got it from OK! magazine]

Crisps for seeds
Muffins for rice cakes
Chocolate bar for mousse
Trifle for strawberries
Ice cream for ice lolly
Doughnut for jaffa cake
Angel delight for jelly
Popcorn for jelly babies
and
Nuts for dried apricots.

No offence but that sounds like the worst meals ever, I'm not fat, I do a bit of excercise and I eat very unhealthy foods.

yeah but for most people that doesnt work doesit.
You'll soon see that if you KEEP eating unhealthy the weight will pile on.

I would advise trying jogging or swimming; as both work most of the body and both are easy for everyone!

I have been eating like this for about 6 years, when I was 10 - 12 I was a bit fat, I thought I was gonna get fatter, but for some reason I lost weight and I havent gained any.

For dinner, I don't eat alot off english food, because my partents are hindus and make indian food you see.

Depends on what your BMI works out as.

If you drink too much water it makes you bloated and put more weight on :P

I do Callanetics which help ur body tone up. They do books in the library. Its after 1 hour of doing them, you are meant to lose about 2 inches off your stomach. Like it works tho, it does make you fell better. One of them which does tone you up is:

Lie on your back like you are doing a sit up, legs about 20 cm apart and knees raised

Grab your inner thigh with your hands and hold it.

Raise yourself up gently until you are susupended at abut 45 degrees off the floor.

Hold for 3 seconds, then let yourself down. It feels quite annoying, but do about 30. About 1 of these is equal to 3 sit ups.


for your thighs

Lie on your back with a chair infront of you

Put your ankles on the legs of the chairs

And squeeze. Count back from 100.

It helps your thighs.

I done one and it was 18.5 I think which is normal <3 thanks for your concern :p

If your wanting you loose weight I suggest you try 5 small meals around the day rather then 3 big meals, and Weight lifting wise I suggest if you have a little flab around the Tricepts you should try using some little like 5kg weights and Lifting the weights high and behind the head (Safely if you feel it's too heavy don't try it!), Also try Cycling it really improves the butt and thigh muscles. If you do things like sit ups I suggest you suck in your tummy because if you have a big tummy then it will probably make the muscles grow funny and create a huge muscle tummy which can look fat.If you're a comfort eater or you eat out of boredom I suggest you try eating Ice cubes as it tricks the brain into thinking your eating, Don't eat ice cubes when your actually hungry though cause I doubt it will work then lol. Try this site http://www.teenweightwise.com/being_active/get_moving_calculator.aspx?units=imperial It tells you how many calories each activity burns :) I hope these tips help lol.

Tea - Jacket Potato

Drink only Pure Apple/Orange Juice or water, that's what I do. :P Lost half a stone in two weeks!

I think making yourself malnourished isn't a sensible option just to lost weight.

Loads of cheese is bad.
Loads of salt is bad.

Have a baked potato with lettuce,tomato,cucumber and radish for your dinner
