I am not a fan of the way you shaded things like the arm and the hair. It gives it a blurred affect which looks bad.
Take a different attempt.

nice the id doesnt look very... habbo-ie tho and some of the letters are squashed next 2 another 1

It's good, but the hair's, weird, I dunno why, it just looks strange to me for some reason.. 8/10, Anyway

The chains look quite nice but maybe you shoudn't alias your letters or like blur it. but the habbo alt of the pirate looks quite nice.
