I am not a fan of the way you shaded things like the arm and the hair. It gives it a blurred affect which looks bad.
Take a different attempt.---

there needs to be a black line along the hairline i think.

The chains look quite nice but maybe you shoudn't alias your letters or like blur it. but the habbo alt of the pirate looks quite nice.
