If you are a Habbo Hotel user you will be well-aware that the Habbo are absolutely appualing at some things, which in most cases- they shouldn't be.

What do you think Habbo are worst at doing? I think they're worst at responding to your e-mails and doing their jobs correctly (I think "doing their jobs correctly" covers almost everything).

Example:
I responded to an email from the Hotel Manager two months ago regarding my fansite which became official almost five months ago, and my fansite still doesn't appear on the fansite list to this day. Furthermore, I still haven't received a reply.

On the other hand, I must admit they are getting a bit better responding to their support submissions. I received a reply within 5 days which is impressive for Habbo Hotel.

Habbo is worst at Graphics and there shouldent be an email required to send a message to sulake (habbo) because its annoying and i have so many emails :@

Yeah. There should be a different way of contacting the Hotel Manager, e-mail sucks. If you don't bother looking in your Inbox then you will have no idea you have unread e-mail.

Some of the Graphics are bad, I agree. But at the same time some are outstanding. Obviously not in your eyes :)

I've always found that they respond really quickly to my e-mails, I contacted them regarding my name change and they had replied the next morning (I sent the e-mail out of office hours), I replied with what i wanted it changed to, went out to the corner shop, came back and it had been changed :D
I don't really see what other way there is of contacting Sulake, other than by phone or fax, and this would probably make their telephone lines jammed or expensive to run.

They can afford it when they have thousands of Habbo's spending thousands of pounds on credits every day.

yeh i sent an email about me not receiving credz, got a text like 8 hours later and they say we cannot find ur missing creds blah blah blah

If they want good reviews then they should be good at communicating. Email doesn't cost and if they put a little effort into it then it would become useful. The Habbo Help Tool are brilliant if you use it correctly but it's individuals like the Hotel Manager that has problems.

I had a very good outcome of a credits problem before, I did not recieve my credits and emailed them about it, about a week later, much to my surprise they had given me 140 credits :o So can't complain.

Lol i think it was i bought them during the double credits with the 35credits landline payment option thing god that's a mouthful to say, and instead of 35 credits you recieved 70, i bought them about 6 times over the 3 days the offer was on, i think that's why they gave me so many back.
