If you are a Habbo Hotel user you will be well-aware that the Habbo are absolutely appualing at some things, which in most cases- they shouldn't be.
What do you think Habbo are worst at doing? I think they're worst at responding to your e-mails and doing their jobs correctly (I think "doing their jobs correctly" covers almost everything).
Example:
I responded to an email from the Hotel Manager two months ago regarding my fansite which became official almost five months ago, and my fansite still doesn't appear on the fansite list to this day. Furthermore, I still haven't received a reply.
On the other hand, I must admit they are getting a bit better responding to their support submissions. I received a reply within 5 days which is impressive for Habbo Hotel.
