If you feel hungry, try drinking some hot water, it fills your stomach well good, and you'll not feel hungry anymore, atleast thats what happens to me {; .

Whats your height?
Maybe because you had the summer holidays you adapted to heavy eating...
Do more activities so it keeps your mind of food...

Your not eating appropiate foods to keep your nutrioned and full for the day. Your eating foods full of sugar, ie. biscuits, juice, crisps etc. which you will simply burn off at school or will store as fat. You need to eat a healthy alternative in the morning, ie. fruit (bannanas are good to keep you going throughout the day), fruit juice and something like Wheetabix (no sugar) or Bran Flakes.

Then for lunch eat something like a salad roll, or something healthy. If you do get hungry, snack on something like grapes - not crisps and sweets.

The more fruit and vegetables etc. you eat, the more nutrioned your body will be, and therefore won't be craving more, so you'll feel more full in the long term.

Eat cereal for breakfast.
Take a cereal bar to school
For lunch eat somthing filling like jacket potatoe which is healthy.
Avoid them buscuits you're having!
For dinner, which is the hard part, eat what your given, make sure it's healthy, eat lots of salad for dinner too.

I have some ideas of what could help.

1] As said drink lots of water. I've been doing it and it make you less hungry and you dont get as many headaches from dehydration.

Breakfast Ideas
- Porridge with fresh fruit or honey
- Fruit salad with yogurt
- Scrambeld eggs made with lowfat milk
- An omlete with ham, cheese and tomato
- English muffins topped with tuna and cheese.

Lunch Ideas
- Salad with meat
- Low fat crackers topped with chicken and mayo
- Sandwhiches made brown bread and meat and or salad
- Vegetable or misitroni soup is also filling

Dinner Ideas
- Spaghetti with a low fat tomato based sauce
- Meat and veg.
- Soup
- Homemade hamburgers [Lean mince,Salad,Wholemeal rolls etc]
- Pitta pizzas [ pitta bread toped with lean ham, low fat cheese, olives, capsicum, onion etc]
- Tuna pasta bake

Snacks
- Carrot & Celery sticks with low fat dip or cheese spread
- Low fat pudding cup/snackpack
- Yogurt
- 5 small crackers toped with cheese or tuna
- Glass of milk
- Small handful of almonds
- Fruit

- Also it takes 30 minutes after you eat for your stomache to tell your brain to stop taking in food.
- Protien is also another thing that helps you feel full, many of the food ideas i've written down are protien rich and for guys esp. its vital for muscle development.
- Try weight watechers products as they are also low calorie.
- Eat small frequent meals so you dont binge, it will also help you keep your blood glucose and enery levels stable.

Well theres a sample of the meals you could eat. I hope the tips are benifical. If you need any recipie ideas feel free to PM me. Also try looking on the web. Google : "lowfat filling meal ideas"

Eat healthier foods and make sure you eat at the right times e.g. not at night after 7.30pm because food gets stored as fat and if this doesn't help I'd go see a doctor because you might have worms...
