If you feel hungry, try drinking some hot water, it fills your stomach well good, and you'll not feel hungry anymore, atleast thats what happens to me {; .

Your not eating appropiate foods to keep your nutrioned and full for the day. Your eating foods full of sugar, ie. biscuits, juice, crisps etc. which you will simply burn off at school or will store as fat. You need to eat a healthy alternative in the morning, ie. fruit (bannanas are good to keep you going throughout the day), fruit juice and something like Wheetabix (no sugar) or Bran Flakes.

Then for lunch eat something like a salad roll, or something healthy. If you do get hungry, snack on something like grapes - not crisps and sweets.

The more fruit and vegetables etc. you eat, the more nutrioned your body will be, and therefore won't be craving more, so you'll feel more full in the long term.

    Eat cereal for breakfast.
Take a cereal bar to school
For lunch eat somthing filling like jacket potatoe which is healthy.
    Avoid them buscuits you're having!
For dinner, which is the hard part, eat what your given, make sure it's healthy, eat lots of salad for dinner too.
