I feel if you do this daily youll be "on a distinguished road" to being fit when your older.

Have all 3 main meals of the day(dont miss any)
When you snack avoid crisps and chocolate and maybe have a low in fat yoghurt!
When you go to bed dont have a late night snack-apparently you lose a lot of acid so you dont get 100% of the food out of you when you (u no)
Stay away from fast food restaurants!
I had Kfc for the first time last night for about 3 months!

exactly thats the best diet "normal" healthy eating, none of this "ONLY EAT CELERY AND SEEDS" rubbish.

late night snacks :( i like them, uh oh acid :( what about drinking milk just before you go to bed, that must be ok?!?!
