Hey guys.

I'm aware there was already a thread created about the 6 second abs product which was basically discussing the item and it's features.

However, I'm really considering buying one of these and wondering whether it really works or not.

I guess this thread only really applies to those who have the product, but lso anyone who knows other people who have had them etc. just to make myself, and other people who are considering getting them more aware of their performance.

Extra information would also be great, such as how hard it is to use and how long it took you to notice a difference.

Thanks a lot - Ostinato. :]

You can get them from the actual site or just off ebay - which is cheaper.

I've never used one but I do thing aswell as having a fancey state of the art machine you also need the will power to actually go for it and give it a go for example someone like Ostinato would give it his all put the 6 second abs thing to good use but I would look at the machine and think arrrg I'm going to have some cake :D

Okay, i have one, and im completely for it.
Its only about £15 on ebay. (www.ebay.co.uk and search 6 second abs)
You can notice a difference after about 3 days.
The crunches are perfect everytime, and it really works the muscles.
You will notice after 5 crunches you can feel your ab muscles all warm, this is
showing it has an effect.
It DOES work and you CANT not do a perfect crunch.
When doing sit-up you feel as if you're doing it wrong.. na aa, not with 6 second abs!
If it doesnt work for you (which isnt possible!) its only £10 loss..
But it does work 100%, its up to you, not the 6 second abs, so if you want to notice a difference its up to how hard you work.
Get one, and read my thread for more details on it.

No, it's impossible to get abs in 6 seconds atm.

No, it's impossible to get abs in 6 seconds atm.

It isn't literally 6 seconds obviously. It's just a use of hyperbole to emphasise the fact that they have such a great effect in a short period of time.

I really do think I'm going to buy one, but will it be the same product quality off of Ebay as it would be from the actual company?

because some people don't have a credit card, or they're skeptical cause it's not like a product in the shops, it just seems a little untrustworthy if you get me?
