Does 6 second abs REALLY work? *poll*

Hey guys.

I'm aware there was already a thread created about the 6 second abs product which was basically discussing the item and it's features.

However, I'm really considering buying one of these and wondering whether it really works or not.

I guess this thread only really applies to those who have the product, but lso anyone who knows other people who have had them etc. just to make myself, and other people who are considering getting them more aware of their performance.

Extra information would also be great, such as how hard it is to use and how long it took you to notice a difference.

erm, i've not tried it myself, but i don't see how they can be much better than just normal crunches? i was thinking of buying one, but now decided against it.

I've got it..but I don't use it much cause after a few I'm just like oh cba lol But when I do use it I can definitely feel it working

You can get them from the actual site or just off ebay - which is cheaper.

I've never used one but I do thing aswell as having a fancey state of the art machine you also need the will power to actually go for it and give it a go for example someone like Ostinato would give it his all put the 6 second abs thing to good use but I would look at the machine and think arrrg I'm going to have some cake
