I Want To Lose About 3 Stone To Get 8 Stone
I Am Wondering, Will This Work:

Monday - Friday

Breakfast: All Bran - 100 Calories
School: Bottle Of Water - 0 Calories
Home: Maybe Some Grapes - iuno Calories
Dinner: W/e Ma Dad Makes Me, Lets Say - 400 Calories

Thats Say 600 Calories Gain
And Also, I Lose Around 400 Calories In School, And Ill Use My MiniStpper At Home To Lose Another 500 Calories. That's A Total Of 400 Calories Loss a Day?

Saturday and Sunday

Breakfast: Pankcakes Or Egg Sandwich
Home: Nm Just Sum Water and Fruit Etc...
Dinner: Salmon Probs With Mash Potatoes And Peas Etc...Nutin Too Heavy =]

Also, How Often Shuld I Weight Myself.

im sure pancakes aren't healthy ;)

Maybe eat some fruit at school aswell?

If i eat an orange at school. Overall, would the diet work? I mean, by the end of the year i wanty to be at 10 stone if possible =]

It isn't healthy for you to be eating the exact same things day in and day out. You need to get a balance in your diet so your getting all the appropiate vitamins and minerals your body requires.

It's not a case of just eat this that and the next thing and your going to lose weight. You need to have a nice balanced, healthy diet consisting of your fruits and vegetables and you also need to do a good bit of exercise every day.

If your having an 'egg sandwich' or pancakes often as well, then your not going to lose a lot of weight either. Those are the sort of things that don't burn off easy and are high in sugar and fats so will just act as storage carbohydrates - fat.

Err, having -calories everyday won't help, cos you'll have no energy and will just collapse all the time.

How old are you?
If like 15 or w.e, you shouldnt be dieting at your age. You should just eat healthy and exercise.

The best trick is. be good all week chose a weekend day i.e saturday or sunday to treat yourself.

also itsbest to weigh yourself in the morning x

That diet isn't good because you need about 2,500 calory intake a day. What you have put is not enough. If you don't eat properly you will do yourself alot of damage in the long run.
