Can i make a new acount

Coz im shure someone did this a while ago
he had it in his sig about he didnt buy rep it was transfered so
can i ? :)
Its just i want to be good and have a fresh start but its hard with 9 infractions
and if i make a new acount i dont want to look like a n33b =[

We dont transfer your forum data to your new account as then everyone would want a new one if they had 5 infractions and it defeats the point of the infraction system :).
