he had it in his sig about he didnt buy rep it was transfered so
can i ?
Its just i want to be good and have a fresh start but its hard with 9 infractions

We dont transfer your forum data to your new account as then everyone would want a new one if they had 5 infractions and it defeats the point of the infraction system .
