K I Need Sum1 To Write Me Up a Good Diet Plan

Breakfast - A Kind Of Cereal =]
School - Ill Always Have Water
Home - W/e Nutin Too Unique, Jus Sumtin Basic Like Tea Etc Lawl
Dinner - W/e Ma Dad Makes, Always Has Vegetable "Cucambers Etc" In It,
After - What Kinds Of Fruit
Ill Lose 100 calories at home a day and 200 at school
Ill also use 6 second abs (Can sum1 pleas how many i should do for)
Front
Left Knee
Right Knee
Left Side
Right Side
Ty :)
Also, I Aint Eating The Same Stuff Everyday, For Breakfast Ill Sumtimes Have Toast Etc =] Not Always Tho Jus Like once a week Ty =]

I Cant Edit, Sorry For Duble Post. Anyway, I Cant Improve The Amount Of Exercrise I Do However I Play Football At Sundays. Ty =]

Breakfast(weekdays)-
Any Cereal ( no sugar/ no chocolate )
Toast
1 Round Of Sandwiches (brown bread)

Lunch(weekdays)-
Sandwidch
Roast Dinner
(avoid chips, baguettes, burgers etc)

Supper/Dinner(weekdays)-
Sandwidch
Any GOOD Meal, Not Artifical
Weight Watchers/Ready made health meals
(marks and spencer have nice ones)

WEEKEND(saturday)-
As you probably with your friends you don't want to really diet..
So just be sensible with your food, only eat when your hungry :D

WEEKEND(sunday)-
You sed you play football, So have a nice breakfast ( big breakfast not sugary breakfast) And a light lunch
And a good meal for supper, u need it from burning of all those calories

Could you give more details? Like are you trying to lose weight? Or generally get healthier? And how much do you plan to lose?
