Top Quality Layout For Sale

I recently sold off one of my small start up hosting companies. It had quite an original layout that I designed with it. The buyer didn't want it so I thought I might aswell make a little money from it.

I have a buyer for it at the moment, but I am not 100% sure that I trust him and that he will go through and complete the deal, he has offered and closed a deal at £50 for the layout and £25 for some other coding and customization.

If you are interested already, you can preview the layout at www.fuzionfx.net (http://www.fuzionfx.net), the layout you see is what is on the table here. If you are interested, and can match his offer of £75 in total, then please contact me. If you are interested and can complete the deal quickly, I am willing to negotiate the price.

I am not asking for £75 for just the layout. For that I will code it in PHP, giving you easy customization of the whole site and a navigation like /?page=home, (page could equal whatever you wanted and the word before it could be whatever you want such as /?bob=page!) I am also willing to design you a main page such as there is on the site already, but to your tastes, and fully customize the layout, including banners, links etc.

The layout isn't to everybody's liking, I am not too fond of it myself, but if you like it and are interested please reply to this post and we can talk business :D.

Thankyou for your thoughts. As I said, I don't like it myself, and it is nowhere near my best design. I just did it to practise a few things and I thought it looked kinda' different so I put it on the site. When this guy offered cash for it, I thought wahey! might aswell get something from it.
