I recently sold off one of my small start up hosting companies. It had quite an original layout that I designed with it. The buyer didn't want it so I thought I might aswell make a little money from it.

I have a buyer for it at the moment, but I am not 100% sure that I trust him and that he will go through and complete the deal, he has offered and closed a deal at £50 for the layout and £25 for some other coding and customization.

If you are interested already, you can preview the layout at www.fuzionfx.net, the layout you see is what is on the table here. If you are interested, and can match his offer of £75 in total, then please contact me. If you are interested and can complete the deal quickly, I am willing to negotiate the price.

I am not asking for £75 for just the layout. For that I will code it in PHP, giving you easy customization of the whole site and a navigation like /?page=home, (page could equal whatever you wanted and the word before it could be whatever you want such as /?bob=page!) I am also willing to design you a main page such as there is on the site already, but to your tastes, and fully customize the layout, including banners, links etc.

The layout isn't to everybody's liking, I am not too fond of it myself, but if you like it and are interested please reply to this post and we can talk business .

Thankyou for your thoughts. As I said, I don't like it myself, and it is nowhere near my best design. I just did it to practise a few things and I thought it looked kinda' different so I put it on the site. When this guy offered cash for it, I thought wahey! might aswell get something from it.
