loose weight from my bum? are there any good exercises u wud reccomend please

ooooh I saw this on TMF the other day (Cause I'm cool :P) Oki you stand and lunge like cross your legs over (Left leg lungeing across the right) and then repeat I cant remember how many you do to be perfect lol but I think its 10 a night on each side :) You can also try running and Cycling's meant to be very good for the thighs n bum :) Good luck x
