ok cereal diet
> Breakfast > 1 bowl of cereal > Special k / bran flakes
> School > bottle of water and piece of fruit and a cearal bar
> Dinner > Your choice try to make it healthy
> super > another bowl of cereal
If you hungry any other time of the day snack on fruit or cereal bars
Drink water or fresh orange juice any time your thristy
Try this for about 2 weeks > works
Also try wit-a-bix minis honey n nut you could have them instead
I tryed it once i didnt last but my sister done it it worked for her
Also exercise 30 mins and you'll definatly see a change
