The person who closed it was not a moderator. He is the Help Desk manager and I don't think he has the right to edit as it would be impersonating a moderator?

A complaint against Gomme should be taken up with him or if it really offended you and was incredibly rude, with the Habbo Hotel Moderators; there is nothing Habbox can do when it comes to him - his behaviour on Habbo Hotel has nothing to do with us.

As for Hecktix, any complaints against him should be taken up with 8Freak8 who I am sure will be glad to sort it out with you.

I am not sure what the procedures are when banning someone from the Help Desk, perhaps only certain people can ban others, and perhaps the it depends on the severity of what the person has done.

If you really do want this person banned, I would advise you to contact Hecktix with information on why you think this person deserves to be banned and I am sure he will be able to evaluate this and ban the person if necessary.

May I remind you that screenies rarely qualify as sufficient evidence, for the same reasons that they don't when people accuse others of scamming; they can easily be faked.
