The person who closed it was not a moderator. He is the Help Desk manager and I don't think he has the right to edit as it would be impersonating a moderator?

Hes a moderator of that section as its his department. Anyway, I guess it means its not true and your just trying to cause trouble.

If it is true, try PMing hecktix and telling him about it .
