Why sony customer service is not that good

He bricked his PSP uprading and sony wont replace it and I know this guy in real so.

this doesnt explain why sony customer service isnt good? if you buy a product in one country almost always you need to return it in the same country. any company does it. to eliminate anyone getting one for free or anything.

and i dont understand why its in a convo?
