Why sony customer service is not that good
It deosn't mttaer waht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoetnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteres are at the rghit pclae. The rset can be a tatol mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit a porbelm.

this doesnt explain why sony customer service isnt good? if you buy a product in one country almost always you need to return it in the same country. any company does it. to eliminate anyone getting one for free or anything.
