where's probably the wrong one, but was ment in terms of "We are not?" the question mark showing that i did not know this, since it was asked in answer to the first question.

is in referance to the rule, aka it doesnt make any sence that you cant sell signitures when you can sell layouts.

The rules says:

10. Don't ask for any kind of pay for alterations.

Therefore if someone wishes to pay for the signature you give them, that is fine - however, you can't say "selling signatures for *insert amount here*".
The reason for this is because we don't know if there is any kind of scam involved.

I cannot explain however, why the same rules does not apply to selling layouts, I am sure someone will reply and explain that better than I can :).

One of runescape's rules are not to sell signatures, it was an old rule in that forum (not made by me). I am guessing it was because the scam rate was too high and people complained :).

Lol, I remember that time. Too many people were making signatures and nobody was buying them, because the signatures were of a bad quality. The runescape forums were flooded with those threads, we were getting sick of them.
I think it should be allowed again, as long as the signatures are of a decent quality and as long as the forum doesn't get flooded again. (Another sub-forum isn't really an option, we already have enough of them right now lol)
People like Cptn.Kewl, Mr.Parasols and Soyers are very good at making them, unfortunatly we don't have many of those people in the runescape forums and who are willing to make those signatures.
