where's probably the wrong one, but was ment in terms of "We are not?" the question mark showing that i did not know this, since it was asked in answer to the first question.

is in referance to the rule, aka it doesnt make any sence that you cant sell signitures when you can sell layouts.

The rules says:

10. Don't ask for any kind of pay for alterations.

Therefore if someone wishes to pay for the signature you give them, that is fine - however, you can't say "selling signatures for *insert amount here*".
The reason for this is because we don't know if there is any kind of scam involved.

I cannot explain however, why the same rules does not apply to selling layouts, I am sure someone will reply and explain that better than I can .
