It's not very good sorry,
-the guitars aren't 3d
-The amps, microphones and guitars arn't isometric (2:1)
-As you said saved as .gif (makes quality rubbish)
-The amps, microphones and guitars need shading
-Where the microphone is attached to the stand it's at a funny angle
-The guitar is a bit lumpy
-Pixel errors in the corners of the amps.
-The buttons on the amp looks a bit weird
-The crowd are bodyless
-The base of the microphone stand is just a sraight line

Improve on those things first. The only thing i like really is the text and the band members, sorry, i know it's from a while ago but it needs alot of work done to it.
