Snowstorm Reset blues?

Yesterday at around 1pm Habbo reset the Snowstorm rooms, wasting many peoples tickets.

I sent a complaint to the habbo help tool and this is the reply I got:


Hi Habbo,

Having looked at your gaming tickets it seems that you were playing snowwars when the hotel restarted last night. We do not normally refund but we will on this ocassion.
The two tickets have been sent to you.

Asking for your tickets back is a great idea! So what if its not much money and only one credit worth, its the principle.

If Habbo want to reset the room server they should give people a warning, wait until games have stopped and then do it.
