Yesterday at around 1pm Habbo reset the Snowstorm rooms, wasting many peoples tickets.
I sent a complaint to the habbo help tool and this is the reply I got:
Hi Habbo,
Having looked at your gaming tickets it seems that you were playing snowwars when the hotel restarted last night. We do not normally refund but we will on this ocassion.
The two tickets have been sent to you.

So if you were playing it's probably worth emailing them.
