I've got an unbearably sore lower back, I need a QUICK way to get rid of my back pain, does anybody know any remedies that dont involve medicines etc?

I need to know quick because I'm going out soon, +REP if you can help

Try going back to back with someone and make the other person bend foward and link arms btw.

Try a warm bath to soak it, and then something like a hot water bottle when you lie down and stuff? Could help the pain.

Warm muscle soak bath?

apply hot and then cold to it. :)
