Its great but eat fruits after your meals too exept bannanas. Water melon is good and so is the pitta bread. Many people wil say not to eat pitta bread because of the carbs but seriously, you will need them.

Abdominal workouts are a pain but I bought this brilliant machine that really does to a good job. Running after you do situps increases the flexibility of your abs so maybe some of that old running will help after you do those ab exercises.

Treadmills, trampolines, hopping, lifting your knees to your belly on a chair, situps, hot temperatures and this machine Im trying to find will help a lot. Its just sticking to it that will help.

motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going =]
So Ill do 25 sit ups, 25 crunches 200 steps on ministepper and 200 stair steps, And erm, ill stick to the diet above, ill try to varie it but around the same calorie intake. And erm, can you guess how much you think ill per week?

I think the food plan isnt very good.
At breakfast time opt for a piece of fruit instead of juice. It has less sugar and more fibre.
You should eat lunch at school, fill the pita bread with salad and a small serve of protien like chicken, ham or tuna etc.
When you get home fruit or yogurt
Then a samll serve of dinner.
You should eat more lowfat dairy, protien and carbs and cut down on processed food.

Exercise seems good if you want to loose fat rather then gain muscle keep your heat rate at 130-145 beats a minute , thats your training zone rather than cardio. A moderate paced walk and some areobic stepping etc is good as well as the ab stuff your doing maybe some push ups for upper bosy strength.

Good Luck

Well, rather than posting pointless threads about it because it makes you feel that you aren't on a diet, just tell yourself it rather than spamming it.

Your diet seems very balanced, but dont starve yourself in between if your hungry. Your body becomes hungry for a reason - energy, so please do feed it :). The same applies with liquids.

I don't know what space you have but instead of doing 3 things for a set ammount. Why not make your own circuit where you do each exercise for a set ammount of time? That way you can set targets and aim to better them. Also you will get alot more out of circuit training than you will doing the same set ammount in a routine.
