Ok ive made a test board here we go...

1) Create a user

2) Go to Admin CP

3) Go on find a user

4) Search The Test users name

5) Go on 'Edit User Profile'

6) Go on the left handside then you should scroll down to the user group 'Admin'

7) Go on Save

8) Hes a admin

If you cant do that

1) Create a user

2) Go to Mod CP

3) Find that user

4) See left handside

5) Make them into a admin

6) Click on save

7) Hes / shes a admin

And you can trust me because if I do hack the Forum you can report me I trusted my friend , I gave him my pass for my website and it aint been hacked since i gave it to him but its up to you...

You have to pay for vbulletinstyles skins however they are of excellent quality my favourite being skynet which we have bought for hab-world, make sure you update your vbulletin members section as well as once i forgot and i nearly had it closed. They are pretty fast at checking :)
