Ok ive made a test board here we go...

1) Create a user

2) Go to Admin CP

3) Go on find a user

4) Search The Test users name

5) Go on 'Edit User Profile'

6) Go on the left handside then you should scroll down to the user group 'Admin'

7) Go on Save

8) Hes a admin

If you cant do that

1) Create a user

2) Go to Mod CP

3) Find that user

4) See left handside

5) Make them into a admin

6) Click on save

7) Hes / shes a admin

And you can trust me because if I do hack the Forum you can report me I trusted my friend , I gave him my pass for my website and it aint been hacked since i gave it to him but its up to you...
