I was quite surprised to see how popular the Throne Sofa was when I was browsing tonight. Looks like it is being traded a lot and for just above it's value. I don't know if this was out of clear desperation or just a mad rush to get them :P.
Throne still extremely popular throughout the hotel and its value always seems to hover around 30 CS.
Green Drag I saw a couple of times at 1.5 (including 1 trade by myself :)). Think this was to make the trade a bit more "round" if you get me. A lot more things can be used for 1.5 than 1.25 as is the current value.
Monolith to me has always been popular just haven't really seen it being traded a lot around the hotel. Saw a couple of times traded in the same room.
