    Red - Under Habbox Value
    Green - Above Habbox Value

    Throne
    30 CS pure (seen five times)
    31 CS pure (seen three times)

    Elf Green Dragon Lamp
    1.5 CS (seen twice)

    Throne Sofa
    1.5 CS (seen twice)
    2.5 CS (seen three times)
    3 CS (seen twice)

    Monolith
    3.5 CS (seen twice)


    I was quite surprised to see how popular the Throne Sofa was when I was browsing tonight. Looks like it is being traded a lot and for just above it's value. I don't know if this was out of clear desperation or just a mad rush to get them .

    Throne still extremely popular throughout the hotel and its value always seems to hover around 30 CS.

    Green Drag I saw a couple of times at 1.5 (including 1 trade by myself ). Think this was to make the trade a bit more "round" if you get me. A lot more things can be used for 1.5 than 1.25 as is the current value.

    Monolith to me has always been popular just haven't really seen it being traded a lot around the hotel. Saw a couple of times traded in the same room.
