Last night I was driving back from work at about 9:30 and I was calling my friend to ask him how his job interview went. So I was dialing and I droped my cell phone and I looked down for like 2 seconds to get my phone and a state trooper saw me do this. SO, he puts his lights on and pulls me over and tells me to put my window down, so I do and I'm like what did I do? So he shines a flashlight in my eyes and asks for my drivers licience, insurance papers and registration so I showed him all 3 and I asked him what did I do? and he says "you drifted over the yellow line" so I told him that I droped my cell phone when I was dialing and he asks me "ARE YOU UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL THIS EVENING" and I was like "NO, why?" and he goes "STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE" and I was like omg, wth is with this and he was like "WALK IN A STRAIGHT LINE" and I was like ****, because I am really off balance most of the time and I was really stiff from sitting for 6 hours so I tried my best and I told him I was stiff from working and I am really off balance, but I HAVE NOT BEEN DRINKING, GIVE ME A BREATHILIZER, I WILL PASS. So I was pretty agitated, but he lets me take a breathilizer and I blew a 0.0.

HA, **** YOU NYPD.

Be glad you don't live it the UK or you would have 3 points on your licence for using your phone and driving with these new laws.

Lmaooo.
Aren't you NOT suppposed to even use your cell phone while driving? x]
Nevermind taking your eyes off the road
But ye. Cops are pretty harsh. Alot of them just suspect things right away esp. in the states. I used to live in Las Vegas and out there you don't get a chance lol. They see you doing something SLIGHTLY wrong and you best beleive you'll be on the ground in a minute :p

I only dial, press send and push a button on the steering wheel and I talk hands free.

And in that time you are distracted by the mobile you could easily hit somebody. And you said u dropped your phone so you looked down to get it so you actually took your eyes off the road? stupid.
