When you hear the word Australia what do you think of?

When I hear it I think of lazy people on beaches not doing much, wearing thongs (shoes;)) and shorts.. I also think of long beaches and stuff..

What about you?

first thing that comes to my mind are kangaroos and koala bears.

after that i start thinking of the large deserts in the middle of australia for some reason and how big the country is.

Like huge tarantulas, i remember when i was little people used to say they came out of the toilets and atacked you and they were like bigger than your head so i didnt want to go to australia anymore =]
