ok, basicly just post what exercise you have done
and what you have drunk + eaten during the day.


6:00- woke up!
6:15- eat 4 wheet-a-bix.
6:30- leave for paper round
7:10- return home and eat a cerial bar + drink apple juce
8:20- (on the way to school) celery xD
10:35- (break time) Ready salted chrisps
12:40- (lunch time) bananna, Penguin, Pitta bread with tuna in xD
Water to drink. i also play football

3:25- arrive home, eat crackers on cheese!!!!
4:00-5:30- play outside with my mates
6:00- ate pasta.
8:15 (now) eating 2 ginger nut buiscuits



so yeh, thats what ive eated so far today. please post what you ate xD
and please tell each other if your healthy xD


I myself am not fat :8 . im tall tho. the main sport i play is rugby :eusa_danc
whitch i had a double lesson of today

I'm not healthy. I'm over average weight. But then again i'm slightly over average height for my age so..

nope, hence why im a spotty fat **** :}

for instance, today i've eaten a cheese and tomato pizza, a toffee ice cream sundae, about 5/6 after eights, 3 chocolate fingers, hula hoops, cheese sandwich and other stuff which i've forgotten.

but some days i'll eat like an apple and a yoghurt or something and that's it. depends on my mood/how i feel.

in like yr 7 i used to be well skinny cos i could just eat loads and loads of junk food without putting weight on but i realised it catch me up so i started eating healthily!! and i think i eat pretty well, i havn't had a mcdonalds for ages.

Today Ive eaten, Homemade chicken soup and bread, and a youghurt. (stomach ulcer cant eat too much)

I don't know...
I had no breakfast but a glass of fizzy grape drink.
Brunch: Crappy chicken fillet. (chicken in bread)
Late lunch: 2 packets of snack a jacks, plum, chicken and pasta tesco thing and about 3/4 of some coke(1/2 litre I think)
Coming from piano: Cheese Mcvitre whatever crisps and a plum
Dinner: Lamb and broccali with cheese on top. Glass of very fizzy coke

I hate school dinners though... Jamie Oliver got rid of some stuff that I cosidered healthy in moderation, but now we're left with horrible bottled sour orange juice, milk with bits inside(hate milk) and burgers. I would have the salad but I found a hair in them and their sandwiches make me feel ill (overloaded with mayonnaise and bits I don't consider to be what is described on the packet). I remember getting a sandwich with a bit of stringy lettuce and the fat off some bacon when it was supposed to be chicken and bacon sandwich.
My rant is over but turkey twizzelers with salad and bread isn't going to do you as much harm as eatting them all the time is there? Besides, in the 50's, they put lard on their bread and had very starchy food.

Thats it, Im bringing in my OWN food! :eusa_clap

my only excerise is walking to school (1.4 miles) and walking back (1.4 miles) and between like walking around school, going to sainsburys etc. etc.

and in pe. atm doing health related fitness which i cba to do.

I did 35 minutes of abs & 50 push ups I went to bed like 1am.
Ran 4km in the rain this morning
walked to and from school about 1.5km

I ate a piece of wholemeal toast , high fiber cereal with skim milk.
Pretzles, ham and salad wholemeal sandwitch.
Crackets and low fat cheese
Water
Glass of juice
and. . . 2 tic tacs

Im having a sauasage roll for dinner but its coz theres nothing to eat in the freezer. I think that im eating fairly healthy and I do ab work every day as well as a 4km run + walking to school. I'm starting to play more soccer to becuase its getting into winter which is really good.

This is what I ate/done yesterday:

Breakfast (7:30) Cornflakes
Walk to school (8:30 - 8:40)
Walk home for lunch (13:00 - 13:10)
Lunch (13:15) Oxtail soup with 3 slices of bread
Walk back to school (13:45 - 13:55)
Walk home from school (15:10 - 15:20)
Dinner (17:30) Pasta + cheese
Trampoline (18:15 - 18:25)
Supper (20:00) Cheese roll + apple

Didn't really get my five-a-day, I never usually do, but I don't over eat and I drink lots of smoothies/fruit juices.
