ok, basicly just post what exercise you have done
and what you have drunk + eaten during the day.
6:00- woke up!
6:15- eat 4 wheet-a-bix.
6:30- leave for paper round
7:10- return home and eat a cerial bar + drink apple juce
8:20- (on the way to school) celery
10:35- (break time) Ready salted chrisps
12:40- (lunch time) bananna, Penguin, Pitta bread with tuna in
Water to drink. i also play football
3:25- arrive home, eat crackers on cheese!!!!
4:00-5:30- play outside with my mates
6:00- ate pasta.
8:15 (now) eating 2 ginger nut buiscuits
so yeh, thats what ive eated so far today. please post what you ate
and please tell each other if your healthy
I myself am not fat :8 . im tall tho. the main sport i play is rugby :eusa_danc
whitch i had a double lesson of today
