Musle in my foot

Well when im relaxed i get a ****um in my foot and the muscle Tightens And it hurts for like 10 seconds then it releases and it's ok

It's common, and nothing to worry about really... just very annoying!

It could be that you are dehydrated slightly so make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Muscles act in weird ways when they aren't hydrated.

Try relaxing it in hot water?

apaprently your ment to flex your foot up nd down

and i hate pins and needles aswell
